So, today I felt inspired to record myself a nice folksy pop-rock tune.

I was hoping some beautiful romantic artsy gal would come by and finish it for me, but, I thought in the event that doesn’t occurr, I’d see what the ol’ SDMB could offer.

Wow! What a cool piece of music! It sounds live - was it? Maybe digitally created music has reached a level of realism that I can’t recognise these days…
It wasn’t “live” in the sense that it was a performance before people that was recorded or anything, it was recorded track by track, usual studio method.
But real instruments were involved…I’m a guitar player…drums are not my forte, nor are they very easy to record, so here they’re samples…but someone had to actually play them at some point
