I can’t find this Superman short story I once read! I vaguely remember…
…it featured Clark Kent living in the mountains, Jerimiah Johnson style, with Lois and kids, after World War III. He didn’t fly around saving people, he just spent all his time foraging for food and destroying whatever technology he came across. I remember he found a glass Coke bottle in a river and ground it into powder, lest the kids find it and start asking questions.
I read this maybe 10 to 15 years ago. It was likely in a sci-fi anthology, since I usually don’t read comic book tales in novel format.
