Chrome, I am so glad you posted this. The actor’s name is Evan Handler. You can check out his info here and here. I couldn’t figure out who he was for the longest time and it was driving me nuts because I really like him on The West Wing. By chance I caught a little bit of a Three Stooges short on TV and that’s when it hit me. Now I see some of the other stuff that he has done and I remember that I liked him in those shows too. I’m expecting good stuff from him in the future. I liked his appearance on Ed as Mr. Crzay as well.
