Help me identify these toys from the 60s & 70s

Pong Football?

I found it.

Coleco Electronic Quaterback

Now, I have to see if I can pick up a copy off a eBay. Since the copy that my mom “put in the closet for storage” is probably buried under years of trash in some dump. :frowning:

More toys!

Thanks to everyone who posted the other links. I’m having a great time reading them.

Me too!

Hillbillyqueen,

I distinctly remember the you-mix-it-goo. Bright pink, slightly sticky yet slippery and rather foul-smelling. It came in a small tub like grocery store potato salad, and looked like laundry detergent before Mom added water. It would have been introduced around 1965-1967.

I checked out carcosa’s link and I think that’s it. The leftmost picture shows what looks to me like a top view of a shallow tub. I recall that the mixed goop just barely fit back into the tub after it was mixed. The goop often ended up stuck to both the lid and the tub when you opened it up after a week.

It was a big handful of goop, but that was for 8-yearold hands, so the actual quantity would fit nicely in a 1 cup deli container. I can’t say I remember the name, but “Super Stuff” sure sounds familiar. I bet I owned one of about 95% of Wham-o’s product line through those years.

It always surprises me how small my early childhood toys were. Size really is relative.

I thought the first picture kind of looked like it. But I don’t remember being able to do all those things with it. I guess that must be it though.
