Help me identify this movie (or possibly TV show)

This was a roughly 3 minute clip I came across on social media recently. I believe the three actors were Trey Parker (from South Park), Brie Larson, and Anthony Michael Hall. If not them, then look-alikes. Brie Larson’s character appeared to be inebriated, and was handsy with Parker (or possibly another actor), and trying to hide her condition from (I believe) her father, Anthony Michael Hall’s character (who may have been a firefighter). It appeared to be a comedic scene.

This is specific enough that I figured it would be easy to find on google. Based on the age/appearance of the actors, I’m guessing it was around 2010-2012 or so. But I googled every combination of the above I could think of – the three actors together, each combination of two of them, and “Anthony Michael Hall firefighter” – and I couldn’t find it. Is this a figment of my imagination? It’s bugging the hell out of me.

Not Anthony Michael Hall but Tom F Wilson, aka Biff Tannen.

That’s it! Yep, I confused Hall and Wilson. So why did I think Trey Parker was in it?

EDIT: I figured it out – it’s an actor named Ryan Hansen. He looks kind of like Trey Parker. Boy, even with my shitty recognition, the Dope figured it out!
