Best stretching resource on the net.
They just tell you what types of excersizes, and in what order, you need to do to achieve the desired result. They list what exercizes are bad for you, but they don’t show you what exercizes to do.
Figure out what you need to do above, then search google for stretches or static stretches, and boom, do them.
Even without a list of stretches to do, the site is above and beyond everything else I’ve found on the net.
Another option is yoga. I’m sure there are lots of yoga sites on the net.
