Yeah. My father had 9 older siblings - so the youngest of my first cousins are almost a decade older than me, and the oldest of them are (or were) older than my Dad. The kids that were my age when I was a kid were my first cousins once removed.
Teddy Roosevelt and FDR were 5th cousins. Eleanor Roosevelt was Teddy’s niece and therefore, FDR’s 5th cousin once removed. And his wife.
