Help me remember a 70s-80s PBS kids music show

I am thinking it was filmed in the late 1970s and used to air on PBS into the 1980s. It was a regular show … half hour I think.

The show had one host who would feature different musical instruments or styles in each episode. One example I recall was where he did a segment on the dulcimer and played it a bit.

The host had a knack for being unintentionally quirky. I think he wore flannel shirts. He had these kinda horn rimmed glasses, and he somehow looked a bit disheveled all the time.

He was a very soft spoken fellow.

I used to watch it, not to learn about music, but to make fun of the guy.

Thanks!

Oh, and I don’t recall ever seeing any kids on the show.

A friend of mine came through on email. The guy’s name is Tony Saletan.

The show was called “Let’s All Sing”

No clips on Youtube, sadly.

Man, I’m glad one of your friends helped you - I opened this thread assuming I would recognize it, but nope. Thanks for providing the memory-joggers for anyone else who might have read this and started wondering, though.
