Help me tune my car

I have a Citroen C4 VTS. It makes 180 hp and while it is not blow-you-away fast you can have some fun on twisty back roads.

Originally came with these 17" alloy wheels, but I got a set of plain black 16" steel wheels because they are lighter, sturdier and 16" tires are cheaper. I am planing to put a set of semi-slicks on the 16" wheels and get a set of stiffer springs and shock absorbers.

The tires are Kumho V70A at size 205/45/16, but I still haven’t decided on the suspension. There are coilovers by KW or Bilstein (height adjustable only) and then there are stiffer springs and shocks that lower the car 3cm from stock. The price of the coilovers is more than twice that of the springs/shocks and I doubt it makes any difference, besides even 3cm lowering is too much.

Which brand is better KW or Bilstein?

Another issue is the camber adjustment. The car has McPherson struts at the front with 0 camber. It wears the tires too much on the outside so it would benefit from some negative camber. Since there are no camber adjustable top mounts for my car, I’ll have to use camber bolts. But are these reliable?
