Help needed with a letter in German!

I’m sending out job applications to a few companies in Germany, for which I’ve prepared a generic cover letter. However, since I haven’t worked in Germany since late 2001, and haven’t had much to do with the language either since then, I really could use some constructive criticism and/or advice.

Any native Germans out there who can help me out?

Nobody?!

If you’re interviewing with a Bavarian company, be sure to end your letter with “Ewige Blumenkraft”.

Gouda, I’m not a native German speaker, but my German’s fluent. If you need any help, give me a shout.

The correct opening salutation is, " Herr Sheissemeister"

Hi gouda. I’m a native German speaker, also fluent in English, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese. Feel free to email me at holger dot schneider at gmail dot com.

Also, it should be “Herr Scheissmeister” and the correct way to end a letter in Bavarian is “Pfüet di” which is Bavarian for “Gott behüte dich”.

Leave to a German to know his Shit.

But can Mycroft speak Redneck?

Angua and Mycroft Holmes, check your mail…

Thanks!
