Help w/ short story title: “A Small Country, Far Away, of Which We Know Little”?

I’m trying to find a short story called something like “A Small Country, Far Away, of Which We Know Little” or maybe “of Which We Know Nothing” or something like that. I’d swear it was Hemingway, but searches of the titles of his stories brought up nothing similar.

Any help?

It was a reference in a speech by pre-war British PM Neville Chamberlain, referring to Czechoslovakia, when the Munich agreement ceded Sudetenland to Hitler.

Not sure it was made into a story, though.
