What’s the saying that goes:

“Don’t lead for I may not follow;
Don’t walk behind for I don’t know the way;
Just walk beside me and be my friend”

…or.something like this

The way I remember it from camp is:

“Dont walk before me, I may not follow,
Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead.
Just walk beside me and be my friend,
Together we will walk this path to the end.”

But I’ve got no idea who wrote it or where it first appeared. Not much help, I know, but it’s all I got.

This site claims it’s from Albert Camus, and gives it thus:

And Sartre said “Hell is other people.”
