Help, please.

My computer is currently infected with Bagle.z

I am currently going through right now, and deleting the spoofed files. Now, I need to end the malware processes so I can remove the virus directly through regedit. Unfortunately, I can’t view the processes through Task Manager (Running Win 98) How can I access the processes so I can stop the one that is causing the file to be actively in use?
