Help with ''Israeli electronic salesman and their fluid pricing.''

Inspired by this post, I wouldn’t mind some more info. Living in an area with a dearth of Israeli/Jewish electronics salesman (if you don’t include pawn shops), I wouldn’t mind a little edification.

That and the fact that one time when I was much younger and out of town, I was screwed out of a lot of money by a camera salesman.

When I was stationed at Fort Jackson, I found that there was no shortage of “good old boys” in Columbia who were willing to cheat me or charge me “soldier only” prices. I would have felt safer in Manhattan.
