Help with my writing.

I wrote this reply message to my friend and my question is in the third line.

This part: “ most people don’t know what IE and address bar are.”

I don’t know why but I felt to check this with you; is it Ok to end my sentence with “are” as the way I did it in my sentence?

The message:

Yes, the first and basic rule is that you type the ftp address in address bar of IE. We suggest using My Computer to vendors as an alternative and easy way to have the access, since most people don’t know what IE and address bar are. But they are using My Computer much more frequently.

Yes, it’s correct. That verb covers two separate items (‘IE’ and ‘address bar’); two is plural.
