Hey! Historians! Tell me about "historische rechtsschule"

I know historische rechtsschule is a 19ht C. historical philosophy, and I suspect that it it one of those romantic ones with all kinds of crazy hegalian ideas of the folk come into play, but i am striking out on google. ANyone have the skinny on this, or can recomend a source?

Thanks a bunch.

I assume you mean you are stiking out on Google in English? Lots in German. Sounds like some kind of natural law philosophy-- looks like origniators are Eichhorn, Puchta, and esp. Friedrich Carl von Sauvigny/ Savigny, with nod to Hegel; neo-Kantian. Looks like it might be “Historical School of Law” in English jargon. Hope this helps or at least give a starting point.
