I honestly have no idea why that is “wrong and correct”, “counselor”. Your total hard-on for Opal, however, has been entered into evidence as Exhibit A, so no point in you continuing to bring it up.
I’m going to call that a failed prediction.
Before you enter Exhibit A into evidence, you must actually have an Exhibit A “marked for identification” show it to opposing counsel, present it to the witness, lay the foundation, authenticate it and then remember to ask the judge to admit it as evidence. If you are going to pretend to be a lawyer, as if that had any relevance or materiality, you should know those things. Otherwise, Morgenstern won’t hire you then next time he gets arrested at the playground.
