Hey Monty, what's the deal about Opal stabbing people in the back IRL?

Are you going to message the owl guy so he knows this thread is to thank for the extra 300 views?

I assumed it was the person who linked to it. So she would already know.

It’s not my video.

So. Opal died, huh?

I’ll be damned.

same as it ever was

same as it ever was

Hang around long enough and we’ll all be dead.

same as it ever was

That is a really stupid assumption.

Btw, every time you check you’re probably adding a view. So minus a hundred or so for accuracy.

Thanks! Brought it up a treat.

Now can you tell The Second Stone how to wipe the stupid off his keyboard?

You know what’s bizarre? Second Stone apparently never interacted with Opalcat on these boards as far as I can tell. He just seemed to like that Hi, Opal gag.

Who cares?

That would make sense, as Opal was barely a presence here by '08. Even I missed the vast majority of her “glory days.” The ridiculous buckeye meltdown was the only thing I remember seeing unfold in real time.

Which makes his behavior all the more bizarre and frustrating to those of us who actually did know her. Whether we liked her or not.

User CP / Your Control Panel / Your Profile / Edit Your Details / Be a constant Douche - toggle it to OFF. Which was the default I thought.

While you’re at it, toggle the “I want to pretend to be an Attorney” to OFF too. No one bought it.

Hate to admit it, but I can see him being an attorney, albeit probably Personal Injury or something like that.

Back when I litigated, my boss exhibited similar traits - picking a molehill and trying to make it into a mountain (see: bag of tits = misogynistic cannibal). PI attorneys are the worst.

I don’t have any trouble imagining him as an attorney.

You know who else was an attorney?

Nixon

Nixon and Opal have a connection in a way. Nixon should have burned the tapes and Opal probably should have blogged a little less. Maybe that’s not a very strong connectikn but still… lessons there to be learned.
