You missed the point. Children have not yet developed the ability to rationalize, and so are more prone to see wrong as wrong, even if they don’t act according to that insight. I’m thinking of a child who witnesses a homosexual act, not one who is party to it.
I would venture to say that most sex is perverted - and most eating, and most television watching…IOW, we’re all perverts. It’s not a reason to empower thought police or lynch people, but neither should perversion be seen as anything but what it is.
