I can’t seem to run Urban Joe Galaxy on my laptop. I get this wonderful error message…

This is after wiping my laptop to its factory default Win98 SE installation.
I’ll try it again tomorrow. I just want a backup ISP.
Simple…they were tanking due to no one clicking on their banners. Their revenue was supposed to come from them but it bugged the hell outta everyone so no one did it.
I hated their commercials anyway.
i had juno, got screwed, then signed up with barnes and noble, which so far is ok. i get kicked off maybe every 20-30 mins.
also, vtel57, checked out the amex deal, and from what i read, it’s for merchants only. didn’t see any free isp offer for personal cards. please advise if you know different! i’d sign up for amex today for a free, RELIABLE, isp.
