Hi Opal!

december,

  1. That was priceless…I was trying to think of how to do some real Haiku in list format, but there’s no way I could top that!!

  2. Excellent!!!

  3. …runs out of thoughts…

Awww. :embarassed:

Arthur said it best…

“One… Two… Five!”

  1. Opal likes long lists
  2. Not Bill, though.
  3. Now it’s "Bye, Opal!’

whoops. 5/7/5, not 5/3/5. hmm…

  1. Opal likes long lists
  2. but Uncle Bill does not, so
  3. now it’s “Bye, Opal!”

Can’t we all just get along???

Aww, c’mon. It’s all fun and games.
Until someone throws the burrito.

Then it’s a party.

Is that a beef, bean and cheese burrito, a bean burrito with a Mexican fat burner, or a burrito so hot even Jesus could not eat it?

Man, this place has a lot of inside jokes.

Hot burritos make the baby Jesus cry.

  1. I’m not good at lists.
  2. So I never said the phrase before.
  3. But I’ll try it out now.
  4. Hi Oprah!
    %. I just don’t get it.

I once got really frustrated while making chimichangas. Every time I rolled up the burrito, the tortilla would crack. Obviously, deep frying a burrito with the filling pouring out wouldn’t work.

After several of these, I was fuming. Keep in mind that this was before I was on medication.

So in a sort of sudden flaring rage, I grabbed the burrito in both hands, ripped it apart, and threw it across the room.

And then I felt really stupid.

So then, it used to be “jumped the shark” and now it’s “thrown the burrito”?

Which would mean that “Hi, Opal!” has thrown the burrito.

Which, if I recall correctly, you attended and drank humongous amounts of beer at…

But at least you had a good time

Although you cuould have slept inside…you just woulda had to share a couch with Thinksnow.

true mexican food tip as supplied by Mama Baboon:

Heat your tortillas up first.
Warm Tortillas are easy to roll.
It also helps if you roll with the ‘grain’ (look closely, you’ll see it).

I always warm the tortillas up first. I spent the first 25 years of my life about an hour away from Mexico…

These were just on the tail end of freshness, and nothing I could have done would have saved them.

Sorry, elf6c, and no offense, Unclebeer, but it just doesn’t have the same hard-hitting impact.

I predict it won’t last.

Long live Hi, Opal! (repeat 3 times)

Or “When Opal back, bring Hi.”

Can we do "QUIT IT OUT " for a while? Sis thinks it’s cute and uses it constantly…

BTW Hi Opal!
