Cuba was all Obama, he simply made the decision to normalize relations and Kerry just had to do the detail stuff. Iran was Kerry but I don’t think that’s a success, or at least it can’t be called a success just yet since the deal only has one objective and that objective can’t be judged until 15-20 years down the road. TPP was as much Clinton as Kerry. Clinton was a big part of getting rid of Qaddafi and was the most vocal advocate of getting bin laden as soon as possible while others wanted to wait for more intelligence.
The Russian reset was just a horrible misjudgement but Bush made the same misjudgement about Putin. The only reason the “reset” looks worse is optics, because Clinton implicitly blamed Bush for our bad relations with Russia. She was wrong. It’s Putin who is the asshole in this story.
