I need to find out when (range of dates) the Republic of Georgia was on the US State Department Travel Warning List.

This would be for the years 2001-2003.

Any idea how I could find this data?

It may take a little work but you use the ‘wayback machine’. It captures most of the major public internet including the years you are referring to. Find the current site that lists the information you want and then use the archives to view snapshots of the content back then.

I have provided the links for what I think would work below but you have to do the footwork yourself. The last link gives the snapshots.
