HIV+ woman wants to "share the wealth".

Missed the edit window:

“Sleeping with a married man that you thought was single doesn’t carry that risk”

although I suppose in certain cases, sleeping with a married woman that you thought was single could potentially carry a risk to life and limb if her husband finds out and has a shotgun… but that would be a new intervening fact

Thank-you very much for clarifying those two points for me.

I guess my PhD in Law and Order isn’t worth much after all

It still seems to me that there should be some personal accountability here, but I guess the Supreme Court disagrees with me.

Schmucks.

Kayaker, you’re killing it in this thread.

Sadly, I appear to have an affinity for promiscuous women with STDs.:frowning:

There was a European woman who admitted in an interview with a reporter in Tobago that she was HIV+ and was intentionally having unprotected sex with as many men as possible in an effort to get cosmic revenge on whoever gave it to her. She was deported to Europe.

*The transmission rate for female to male is pretty low, unknown if she succeeded.

Update: The Crown wants to declare Ms. Skanky-pants to be a “dangerous offender.”

I don’t know, I think those guys who willingly boned a total stranger without protection are pretty “dangerous” too, if we’re all worried about transmitting viruses.

It’s not rape by deception.

She can be successfully prosecuted, but not for rape by deception.

Are you OK, no foolin’ good with prosecuting her for aggravated sexual assault, where the gravamen of her crime was failure to use protection or inform her partner about her HIV+ status?
