Hlp me find this mapping website w/ street level pics

I saw this in a Dope thread once, but I can’t find it again, and I should have bookmarked it in the first place.

It’s a Google map kind of thing, but for certain cities, you can click on the map and look at a street-level pic (not a satellite pic). You can see the actual face of the building as if you were standing on the street.

I think this is the thread you’re thinking about. The website is http://maps.a9.com/. There may be another website out there, but this is the one I’ve used recently. And by the way, it only has a couple dozen leading American cities.

That’s a cool idea but I just tried several Boston addresses and the pictures are wrong. The pictures they are showing are actually from several doors down. Keep that in mind if you are searching for something unfamiliar.
