Hokay? Origins?

Anyone know the origins of the slang word Hokay, often used for Okay? it’s pronounced like okay, but with the accent on the o and a very pronounced, almost spanish/middle-eastern H/ch. People normally say it with some kind of fake accent, can’t pinpoint it.

I’m sure you’ve heard people do it… I’m just wondering if it came from some movie or something?

I don’t know the answer, but that’s sorta the way Rochester would say it to Jack Benny, “(H)okay, boss!”
