"Home on the Range" -- WTF???

Okay, so I got my super-spiffy Finding Nemo DVD in the mail the other day, like 8 million other Pixar junkies did (I ordered mine from Disney and got the lithographs, nyahh! :p). After playing with the first disc for a while, I popped the second disc to see the goodies therein.

Hmmm, “Coming attractions”… urgh, trailers. Okay, the first one’s for The Incredibles, so I’m cool with that. But what’s this? “Home on the Range”? Oh, yeah, that’s the next animated Disney movie in the pipeline. Let’s see what it’s about…

Well, 90 seconds later, I realize (a) that’s 90 seconds I’ll never get back, and (b) I have absolutely no interest in seeing Home on the Range when it hits the theaters. Maybe I’m just having bad flashbacks to Cowboys of Moo Mesa, but I get the stinking suspicion that Home on the Range is going to land with a big, unfunny, THUD. Judging from the trailers alone, HotR is going to make Brother Bear look like The Lion King by comparison.

Anyone else feel this way? Has Disney sunk this low?

is it online?
