I was wondering if there are any resources for home buyers who wish to purchase a murder house. Can one simply ask a realtor if they have any murder houses listed?
I’d want to get one because it’d probably be cheaper than most due to superstitious folk, it could be haunted and it’d be a great topic of conversation.
Well, I don’t know if it would actually make it cheaper. When we bought our house, we jokingly asked if it was haunted and she said, in all seriousness, “No, I wish it was. It’s be worth a lot more money!” Apparently people are willing to pay top dollar for a chance to be spooked.
I have a very sinister collection of dust-bunnies under my radiators, would that help you?
