Homebrewers! Share your best Honey Ale recipe!

I homebrew, but have largely got in a rut and do the same thing all the time. Kind of an Over-hopped Sierra Nevada clone. Knocks your socks off. But… I got a large surplus of honey that I want to use up. I used to make a nice Honey Lager, but my cold fermentation fridge went Tango-Uniform a while ago. So, want to do an Ale with a strong honey presence.

Anybody got some good recipes? I’m a staunch Dry Yeaster, so try to go there. Thanks!

I do 5 gallon units, so tailor the ingredients to that, Please
