I have seen quite a few projects (not only on the internet) of self-propelling two-wheeled devices that use gyroscopes to stay up. Segways can now be built at home with an arduino, batteries, soldering…

Now, there is this little toy: - YouTube . It seems to be that the one on the video already is a copy of the original product.

Would it be possible, with knowledge of Electronics, programming, physics and all other specialities involved on this project to build something like that at home?
