Horrifying Restaurant Emanation...I think...

OK someone please help me…Debunk this theory as irrational, and completely absurd…

Question:

When you go into a restaurant and smell that wondrous smell of what ever they are cooking, and then you get onto the dining room and sit down and REALLY smell it…Are you actually smelling whats on the breath of the people eating there? Or are you infact smelling the food on their plates…
If you are actually smelling the breath of everyone in the restaurant I think I may be sick…

Anyone who works in a Cube environment may have wondered this same thing…think about it…

Just a WAG, but I imagine that most restaurants would be covered by the local health and building codes, which would probably have requirements for some good air-circulation mechanism to be in place to take out the stinky other-peoples’-breath air and replace it with fresh-clean-from-outside-smoggy-air instead.

No facts, just common sense. There’s no way that the collective breaths of restaurant patrons would provide an odor that would outweigh that of the actual food on plates in the dining room or in the kitchen. Think about this–if that were true you would smell food everywhere you go.
