It was recorded by the press and passed on by them. The poster of the video linked in the OP, Sofia Leick, is virulently anti-Trump.
Let me be clear: I’d call Paul Ryan a pathetic excuse for a human being, except I’m not sure he rises to the level of being considered human.
But I cannot care in the least about someone saying that a press conference is a waste of time, no matter what sort of language they use. I have no doubt that President Obama - or any other politician – while he may not have slipped up and said it out loud, has thought the exact same thing many, many times.
There are far, far, far, better things to judge Paul Ryan negatively on than this.
