CHASE? ARE YOU BLIND??? He’s a ‘10’ in a field of '5’s. Last season House greeted Cameron “oh, here’s the second prettiest Dr. Chase”.
so shook up I forgot to mention - from the past - the cast of the space opera Andromeda. Everyone was fabulous looking, fabulously dressed, and had fabulous hair.
Very true, and I don’t know why I didn’t mention it. Kaylee vs. Inara is so much more interesting than the old question of Ginger vs. Mary-Ann, since it’s possible for a sane man to prefer either. And Zoe isn’t bad, either, if you’re into the warrior-woman type. River was a little too young and a lot too crazy for my tastes, though.
Friday Night Lights is my pick. Even the parental figures (Coach and Tami) are gorgeous, though the young cast is exceptional. It also happens to be a great show.
I watch Mentalist. Pretty much for the same reason I watch Castle - the eye candy. (although Robin Tunney is so irritating she’s hard to ignore).
Sometimes after a long day of work & parenting a teenager, eye candy is the ONLY reason I watch tv. Thank goodness there’s lots of it these days - & I don’t even get cable. But I do love to watch those pretty people on Lost & House (mmm Sawyer; mmm Chase). You know Criminal Minds has a darn attractive cast too.

and many more that one may or may not consider hot.
Oh, I’m not judging anyone for finding her hot. It’s just that, first, I only know Summer Glau as River, and the character is young. And second, even if she was a year older than Jewell Staite, she looks younger.
The way I see it, if the judge won’t accept “she looked over 18, even if she isn’t” as a valid defense, then “she looks under 18, even if she isn’t” shouldn’t be a problem.
Yeah, I’m almost embarrassed to tell people I like the show because the cast is so ridiculously good-looking. (The regular cast is also extremely small, which means there’s isn’t a lot of room to create diverse physical appearances.) I swear to god, it’s actually a good show! It’s not just about the eye-candy.
The Supermodel figure never really did much for me, but I can see where someone could claim “America’s Next Top Model” would almost have to have the hottest cast.
Models don’t represent the feminine beauty ideal; that’s the province of Playboy. Models are selected for the way clothes hang on them. Basically, models aren’t meant to be attractive to straight men; they’re meant to be walking hangers for gay men.
