There’s nothing wrong with having an LLC set up. It’s suspicious when you set many of them up with no business case behind them and all they seem to be for is shuffling money to family members.

The only reason they are attempting to impeach Biden is to help trump. Of what Biden supposedly did is enough to impeach and remove him from office, then you should be shouting long and loud about Trump being the nominee.
Although Trump’s businesses have certainly come under a lot of scrutiny, I’ve never heard anyone suggest that the fact that the Trump Organization is an entity that operates around 500 LLC’s was improper in and of itself.
In fact, it’s probably necessary due to the nature of the business. There have been specific allegations of impropriety, among them the fact that the LLC’s have been used to funnel consulting payments to high level full time salaried employees that are also Trump’s family members, which is illegal tax avoidance.
If any one can come up with specific improprieties involved with the Biden’s LLC’s I’d be happen to listen.
But so far all I’ve seen is loaded language used to describe normal business practices, such as referring to distributing profits as “shuffling money”, referring to full grown-ass adults with extensive business experience as “children and grandchildren”, which is technically true but conjures up the image of a sleazy business paying salaries to the owner’s 8 year old children and referring to LLC’s as “shell companies.
Yes, sometimes people use LLC’s because they convey certain legal business advantages, but there are also corresponding disadvantages. If an established business forms an LLC for the purpose of risky new venture, they will shield their main business from liabilities related to the new venture. But the flip side is should the LLC fail, they can’t use the losses from the venture to reduce the tax liability of the core business.
The Biden persecution is an exercise in using loaded language and obfuscation to make perfectly normal and legal business practices seem nefarious.

I note that the entities on that page go to “1/19/2017”, the day before Trump’s inauguration. Not sure whether that means the LLCs were dissolved or that Trump removed himself from his position in them.
If I zoom I can barely make it out if I already know what I’m looking for. It’s still very blurry. It might be a combination of Discourse, Twitter, the browser, the device, the theme, etc.
I think the basic idea is that if we need to do some sleuthing to figure out what you’re talking about (in this case searching over a large spreadsheet with absolutely no context at all) you should provide more info. I believe that’s why we have rules about links without context or untranslated foreign text. It’s a bit disruptive.
