I’m easy on where we eat. As long as it’s a place where they don’t get annoyed if we end up hanging out for a couple of hours.

Dang, when I visited Houston, I didn’t get half this response. Guess I know how I rate. 
But we did eat at the BBQ place next to a giant armadillo - is the 'dillo still there??
I can’t make it. I have the feeble excuse of being 5,000 miles away!
Maybe. I’m not excited to bring my 3 kids, or to pay a sitter. But I’d love to meet a few dopers.
Don’t feel bad. It took me years of development to reach this point.
And, yes, Goode’s BBQ is still there. I ate lunch there yesterday on my first day in town.

I’ll be there, but I may be delayed.
My son’s swim team made regionals, and the meet is that morning in Sugarland. The meets usually wrap-up around 1:00 or so. I expect to be at Chuy’s around 1:30.
BTW, my wife and I ate there last Friday night and the Chicka-Chicka-Boom-Boom was outstanding.
I just want to be sure about the location (old timers know what I’m talking about). We are talking about the Chuy’s at 9350 Westheimer (between Fondren and Gessner) and not the Chuy’s at 2706 Westheimer (near Kirby) right?
