I still don’t know what people do with these… I’m almost leaning towards the theory that you people eat them.
You wipe your hands. Don’t knock it till you try it, it really feels good. You can also wipe your face if it’s the kind of restaurant you can walk in with a sweaty face, or if you’re on an airliner.
I think this is why you often find them in Indian restaurants, nothing makes your face sweat more than a hot curry.
