Read the whole thread. Like some people here coffee gives me diarrhea or at least a sudden urge to defecate. I don’t think it’s the caffeine that’s responsible in my case because I can drink a whole 2 liter of Coca Cola over the course of a day and not have it effect me in such a way.
Also garlic gives me the worst burning diarrhea.
Chinese food: greasy, check. Salty, check. Spicy, check. High protein…check.
Little wonder it runs through like a bullet train. All it needs is coffee afterwards.
In my opinion, the digestive system is responding to what you just ate by causing problems with stuff you ate approximately 12 to 24 hours ago. It works and makes room for what’s to come.
spices ! Asian use very different seasonings , you may have a bigger reaction than others , like in gluten some suffer terribly. others, once and a while. I have both gluten and celiac. Went with out gluten for 3 years now I’m tolerating some , but not 3 meals a day. get a list of the ingredient’s from the chef and ask the Dr to test you for intolerance or Algieres
