Last summer, during one of the worst forest fires in Oregon history, fireman found many fields of mj. This area of Oregon in renowned for its quality (according to articles) of mj and sells at a higher rate than much of the imported stuff.

Even granting, for the sake of discussion, that legalization is imminent, why would the government be producing cartons and the like? I mean, I could see if, say, Phillip Morris were making preparations, since they’re likely to be moving in to the new market, should it open up. But I can’t see why the Guv would be packaging and selling pot, when they don’t bottle beer or pack cigarettes.
