How can Donald Trump win at this point?

Who would help Trump with white male voters?

I don’t know, but he sure is working on impressing the black votors with this one.

This is the former mayor of Detroit that was convicted of felony fraud and then pardoned by Trump. Convicted felons got to have each others backs.

Wait, I thought Ben Carson died? Is this a Weekend at Bernies type endorsement? Will dead people be voting for Trump now?

LOL, sounds legit, right?

“Black people love me because I’m a criminal like them, you know, so many have been arrested, it’s so unfair–and I sell those fine–whadda black people call 'em?–kicks! Yeah, crime and kicks–that’s why black people love me so much.”

Not an actual Trump quote, but not too far off.

No, perhaps you’re thinking of Herman Cain.

Oh shit, guys, Florida is now in play:

Is it possible to tighten lug nuts while a bus flying off a cliff?!

I can’t see that as quite enough to declare FL in play.

How’s he going to do that? Tell her she’s “his type” and he’d love to grab her by the pussy?

True, but remember that both pot and abortion are on the ballot in November. That should bring out some voters who otherwise might stay home.

A boy can dream, anyway.

My opinion and $6 will get you a latte … but I disagree with the prevailing wisdom here. Florida is absolutely in play right now. I base that not only ballot initiatives you’ve correctly mentioned, but on the trendline in her Florida-specific poll numbers. Harris needs that trendline to continue and for recent poll results to be corroborated and repeated – but there’s no way Trump’s campaign can now treat winning Florida as a fait accomplit.

Yes, and one must keep in mind that we don’t need to win there in order to have this be a big benefit to us, since forcing the fascists to fight for Florida* requires them to defend that territory. That in turn costs personpower and money.

*Alliteration alert!

Nah, his insane* charisma will be enough!

*At this point, literally insane. And dementing, degenerating, etc.

They are dying down somewhat. Some of those student are smart enough to realize that Biden is doing all he cane.

And he really can’t- because if he isnt elected his is in deep shit legal trouble.

I predicted this. Mind you still “leans trump” but the GOP cant ignore it as a done deal.

There was a meme being circulated unironically among Trump supporters that suggested that black people love Trump because he has a Fulton County mugshot, a sneaker line and three baby mamas.

And in this very thread, no? I noted it!

Great user name, btw!

Yeah, Trump can process a black thug, cuz he is a thug, but not a black woman kickin’ his shit-drippin’ ass.

9D chess goes south when you can’t understand your opponent in the first place.

Make DonOld spend his cash and time propping up Florida and Texas, which he only won by something like three and five points respectively in '20. And maybe in the process Dems can pick off Medicare fraudster Rick Scott.

It would be a blessing, sir.

He is gonna mostly spend it on legal bills it seems.

I’m in FL and a registered D. Which under FL’s open records laws means both parties have my phone number, email address, and physical address in addition to my party affiliation. As do the Proud Boyz but I wish those fools well in any firefight they provoke. They’re gonna need it.

To say I’m bombarded with political messages is a gross understatement. Just like every other FL voter.

Not 15 minutes ago, so dinnertime-ish I got my 35th impassioned plea of the day for more money to help a D cause someplace.

What was novel, and what motivates this post, is that it was from the sponsoring org for Prop 4, the abortion access amendment. Claiming that right now it’s not only losing in the polls but slipping.

I’m not positioned to assess the truth of their claim. Hell I’m not positioned to prove they’re not RW grifters in disguise.

But it was unexpected for sure. Being in favor of a guaranteed right to abortion is about as Mom & Apple Pie as it gets.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, both of them have 56% support. Unfortunately, as you well know, that’s short of the 60% needed.

Question for you: has the 60% threshold always been state law, or has that been changed in recent years?
