Occasional Regency chair is what I’d start with.
If there is an upholstery shop near you (do a google search), they can take a regular chair and make it for you.
Also try Facebook groups specific to your area, they may have good recommendations for local makers.
It is an armchair and since it does not have arms it is called a slipper chair.
A wingback chair?
Hmm. None of these are working. I’ve gone on Amazon and tried regency chair, occasional chair, and wingback chair. I get all kinds of chairs—almost every kind of chair, it seems—but nothing that looks remotely like this.

It’s not mine. And the owner acquired it second-hand and has no idea where it came from. But those pics look fancier than this one. But “hourglass” might be the key term here!
One presumably crucial feature would be “button-back”. Try also “armless”.
