How can I find a free diabetes screening in Chicago?

I have no health insurance, but I have a few symptoms and a family history of diabetes. I know that, with rising rates of diabetes, many places are offering free screenings and on-going free testing. But when I use google, I find pages upon pages of outdated, irrelevant week-long free screenings from 1999 and so on.

How can I find a free, on-going diabetes test in Chicago?

Try checking with the local/county/state public health departments or the local office of the American Diabetes Association.

If the above doesn’t work, call your local hospital and ask.
