What you’re looking for will (usually) be found in the Logon, Explorer, Scheduled Tasks or Boot Execute tabs. Most of the services in those are safe to uncheck, excepting the Explorer tab. (In which you shouldn’t uncheck anything you’re not 100% sure about.)
IIRC, you’re looking for Compaq-rba.exe or compaq-connections.exe.
