How close are lobsters and cockroaches?

Equally, some New Yorkers encounter cockroaches on the Uptown #2 of sufficient size so as to refer to them as “lobsters”.

Supposedly, the Goliath birdeater tarantula (world’s largest) tastes like shrimp.

Note that in places like where insects ARE eaten, you don’t shell them. A common method of preparation is simply to deep fry or saute them.

Actually I’ve had insects dipped in chocolate. They were like Nestle’s crunch.

Insects are high in nutritional value, but the people who point this out are generally talking about crickets or mealworms. I think most would draw the line at cockroaches.
