What is a good freeware Flash / Animation creator?
I’m looking to make some basic image/text fade ins / outs for the welcome page of a website.
I have no flash experience, so a program that isnt too advanced would work.
Any help is appreciated.
Most professional Web designers will tell you that welcome or splash pages are something that’s best avoided.

Splash pages are obnoxious, frustrating for users, consume unnecessary bandwidth, and prevent search engine spiders from properly indexing your site.
Just an opinion, though.
