How do I get my CD on iTunes?

I am thinking of marrying Paula Abdul, and then becoming a rapper. I shall call myself K-Handsome. or HH-Fed. Still undecided. At any rate, how does iTunes decide who gets on their site? What kind of contract? Does anybody with a CD get on? (“K-Handsome Rappin wit de Gangstas.” Uh-huh. I’m down with that. That’ll make 'em stop dissin me!)

The question, of course, is Who gets their *products * on iTunes. I know that anybody else with a computer and the right software can get onto their site.

Much of the music on iTunes comes from the major record labels, who have contracts to supply their product thru Apple. So the first step is to get a record deal with Sony, Universal, or whomever.
