Our two dogs sleep with us on and off. They also have 5 dog beds in the house that they also use. We know whos in charge around here.
Credit to @ZipperJJ and Amazon. She mentioned a folding boat ramp for some reason and two days later it showed up. I later bought a second one for convenience sake.
It feels like you should be circumspect about the solution here … because … any solution that works for you and your dogs may very well (wholly or partially) negate any increase in available floor space that your loft bed bought you.
And if increased floor space wasn’t the primary consideration for a loft bed … I’d probably cut it down to about 25" high and let the dogs do what they’re used to doing 
The ramps a good idea, but it was talking about the dogapult I mean if cats have them, why can’t dogs?
