How do I get outlook to send web-page by email

I’m using windows 98 and office 2000.
I want Outlook to send the page, which supports html, not outlook express, which wants to send the page as an attachment as opposed to an html page in the body of the email.

Outlook is the default email client. But sometimes, depending on the web page I’m trying to send with ie6, outlook expess fires up.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Don’t bother answering this anyone. I made a mistake in the question.
Sorry about that.

Yes, you did. You left the impression that you would actually want to send a web page as the body of an email, and of course no one would want to do such an irritating thing.

That’s exactly what I want to do. And that’s what I’m gonna do.
The mistake was that I couldn’t get it to work. But it seems to work fine!

If you’re not using Outlook Express, then you should remove program.

Not sure about Office 2000, but in Office System 2003, do the following when in IE: left click file…send…page by email

Outlook will automatically populate the email with the webpage. Please note that you can also do: left click file…send…link by email

Just be aware that many people have their email clients set up to not parse HTML (because doing so can cause the loading of code from a referenced server, among other reasons) and some of us even have our email filters set to dump any email containing HTML straight into the trash can as spam.
