Well, I know how to pronounce “Tsar,” but I don’t know how I’d say “Bomba.”
Can anyone help me out?

Although to be grammatically correct it should be “tsar bombov”, which would be BAWMbov.
Ok, being Russian, I feel I should know more about it, so here’s the scoop:
Tsar Bomba translates as The Bomb King (Tsar) not King of the bombs. As Bomba is not plural. King of the bombs would translare Tsar Bomb (not bombov).
It is is pronounced exactly as it is spelt - Bom - Ba. Anyone speaking english, saying the word, will almost certainly pronounce it correctly, if they don’t use the horrible fake russian accents that americans filmmakers so love.
To give some background on why it was called Tsar Bomba, and not “Big Bad Bomb” or something of the sort, is because russia has two other famouse landmarks - Tsar Kolokol, and Tsar Pushka. The first - The Bell King, the other - The Cannon king. The first having never rung, the second never fired 
They however, are huge - as far as I know the largest such objects ever built.

When I was in Bulgaria, the host of our hostel used the word “Bomba” as “Cool” or “Awesome”, meaning that something was so surprisingly neat that it struck him like a bomb.
With that given, Tsar Bomba must have been one heck of a ruler. 
And for useless information, the word tsar, as well as kaiser in German, traces its roots back to the Latin caesar. I drive people away at parties with information like this all the time.
