That’s not remotely true for the average voter, and even less true for the average black voter, who tends to be less educated, less informed and more apt to reflexively vote for skin color or anyone that has a “D” next to his name. They are simply ignorant of the facts presented in the OP. And any black who has the gumption and temerity to vote for an “R” candidate is quickly labeled as an Uncle Tom or some such.

Why do you think the facts presented in the OP should affect anyone’s vote? You honestly think they should vote republican because of what they did 50 years ago? that the current party is their friend because the old party was? How is any of that in any way relevant to current party votes? The facts are that blacks are still voting for the same party that did all those things, the parties simply switched sides.

Obama came into office in 2008. The entire US debt has doubled in 6 years. He still has 2 more budget years in office. What don’t you understand?

Boy are you bad at the facts. Obama came into office in 2009. You can look it up – I’ll wait. And the 2009 budget was already set before he came into office (as is normally done) – and the deficits have only come down since then. The debt has increased, as it always has, despite the deficit being reduced under Obama.
