I’m not talking about how it changes from transparent to dark-I sort of understand that. What I want to know is, how do they address all those thousands of pixels simultaneously? For example, with an 800x600 panel, you have 480,000 pixels. I know there aren’t 480,000 discrete lines, one for each pixel; for one thing, there’d be no room for the actual elements if this were the case. My assumption is that there’s one set of horizontal lines, and one set of vertical lines, but once you start trying to change more than one pixel at a time this solution won’t work any more. So how do they do it?
